oh my. what a crazy roller coaster of days these are. 

this little girl. she talks a mile a minute. will repeat her word or phrase until you either respond or repeat it back to her. 

she's testing out her volumes and pitches, quite successfully i'd say. 

the frustrating days we were told to prepared for, the gap in communication of zoey not being able to tell us what she needs

 or how she likes her oranges peeled, were fast and fleeting. 

our hours these days are spent discussing the world the way she sees it. and she's teaching me to see it her way too. 

right now hers, and therefore ours, revolves around the magic of ferry boats.
